Brazil casino complaints tracker
Public dataset of editorially-mediated disputes between players and SPA/MF-licensed casinos in Brazil. We mediate, publish anonymized cases, and track outcomes.
For international readers
Brazil's SPA/MF (Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas do Ministério da Fazenda) is the federal authority regulating online gambling since January 2025 under Law 14.790/2023. All complaints tracked here are against operators with an active SPA/MF license — operators without a valid license are outside the scope of this mediation (report those to gov.br/fazenda instead).
Formal escalation channels: Procon (local consumer protection), SPA/MF (federal regulator), Consumidor.gov.br (federal ombudsman platform). Our mediation is editorial only — we don't have legal binding power, but we track and publish outcomes.

Register complaint (PT form)Eligibility to open a case
- Casino is licensed by SPA/MF (verify on gov.br/fazenda)
- Amount in dispute ≥ R$ 100 (~USD 20)
- Full KYC completed with the operator
- Screenshots/documentation of prior support contact attempts
- Case is not under active court proceedings (we don't interfere in ongoing lawsuits)
How mediation works
- 1Player submits form with summary, amount, evidence (ID + screenshots)
- 2Editorial team verifies: is the operator SPA/MF-licensed? Is documentation coherent?
- 3Case opened publicly with "Open" status (identity anonymized)
- 4Editorial contacts operator via official channel (compliance or VIP support)
- 5Status moves to "Mediating" after first response or 5 business days without response
- 6Case closed as "Resolved" (with recovered amount) or "Archived" (no resolution or insufficient evidence)
- 7Public dataset updated. Operator has no veto over publishing archived cases.
Limits of editorial mediation
- ·Editorial mediation ≠ legal arbitration. CassinoDicas cannot force operators to pay.
- ·For formal complaints: local Procon, SPA/MF via gov.br/fazenda, Consumidor.gov.br
- ·Cases in active court proceedings are archived (we don't interfere in ongoing lawsuits)
